When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I Choose items in the Clothing Chest?
The clothing is also random. Random sizes, random colors and random styles. What isn't random is the savings!
What kind of items are in the chests?
Each Treasure Chest is filled with a random mix of items from various sources, including retail overstock, canceled shipments, and mail that could not be delivered. Items come in all shapes and sizes and can include gadgets, home goods, clothing, toys, personal accessories, novelty items, and more. Most are brand new or in like-new condition.
Will everything be perfect?
Not always, and that is part of the charm. While most of our inventory is unused, some items might be open-box, missing minor pieces, or show slight cosmetic wear. We do not sort or inspect every item down to the smallest detail because we want to keep the experience authentic.
What should I do if my outer shipment arrives damaged or there is a safety concern?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. While mystery-chest contents are not returnable based on personal preference, we review shipping damage, missing shipments, and safety-related concerns individually.
Where do the items come from?
We work with a network of suppliers who handle undeliverable mail, returns, liquidation stock, and inventory clear-outs. Everything is legally sourced and shipped exactly as we receive it.
Tell me more about the ADD ON BOX
The Add On box is 14" x 12" x 3.5" and filled with tiny lost mail packages. Since this box is only 3.5" thick we can slide it into the chest and it will not affect the size of packages in the chest. Only one Add On box per chest allowed. Can be added to a Mystery Lost Mail chest OR Clothing chest.
Why can't I get a Add On box by itself?
The Add On box does not have any shipping cost added to it, it's included with a full size chest. Our competition charges more than twice for this same amount of packages, you save money by including it in the chest shipping. Add On boxes can be added to Lost Mail or Clothing chests. One Add On box per chest.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No we do not. We only ship inside the US because we do not charge extra for shipping, its included in the price at the moment.
We also found we would have a issue with customs because we do not know the contents.
Are creator or influencer chests different from customer chests?
No. Chests are pre-packed, and the individual packages are not opened or pre-sorted. Creator orders go through the same fulfillment process as customer orders. Warehouse staff do not receive a creator designation or special instructions when an order is pulled.
Are SurpriseChest packages legally sourced?
Yes. SurpriseChest purchases inventory through lawful commercial resale and liquidation channels. We do not intercept mail or open personal correspondence. Individual packages remain sealed as received and are included only after they have entered legal resale channels.
