What kind of items are in the chests?
Each Treasure Chest is filled with a random mix of items from various sources, including retail overstock, canceled shipments, and mail that could not be delivered. Items come in all shapes and sizes and can include gadgets, home goods, clothing, toys, personal accessories, novelty items, and more. Most are brand new or in like-new condition.
Will everything be perfect?
Not always, and that is part of the charm. While most of our inventory is unused, some items might be open-box, missing minor pieces, or show slight cosmetic wear. We do not sort or inspect every item down to the smallest detail because we want to keep the experience authentic.
Can I return a chest if I don’t like what I get?
No returns, that is the risk (and the fun) of the mystery.
Where do the items come from?
We work with a network of suppliers who handle undeliverable mail, returns, liquidation stock, and inventory clear-outs. Everything is legally sourced and shipped exactly as we receive it.
