Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are free within the continental United States. (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treasure’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Surprise Chest ships only within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at sales@surprisechest.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Address Changes
Be sure to enter your correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
